SO-Hiring-AMIC
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of Amica’s long-term strategic and value creation plan as well as quarterly performance management against the most recent strategic plan by building dynamic financial models and scenario analysis
- Support the portfolio valuation and share value calculation and projections
- Support the preparation of Amica’s annual budget, long-term forecast, and scenario planning using OneStream and/or Excel financial modelling
- Drive monthly analysis of operational results against budget and assess key residence/portfolio metrics
- Prepare sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of changes of assumptions on the Company’s portfolio value as well as other implications to its growth strategy
- Prepare presentations and materials for departments and senior executive team to drive strategic decision making (e.g. liquidity, property developments, renovations, and acquisitions)
- Drive continuous process improvements through financial data tools and system automation
- Provide transaction support to M&A and real estate development initiatives
- Prepare ad hoc analysis as required
