Responsibilities:

  • Support the supervisor in providing leadership and guidance to the Financial Planning and Analysis team.
  • Prepare Long Range Plans, Annual Budget, and Forecasts for income and overhead lines.
  • Prepare deliverables used to present financial results to Senior Management.
  • Assist in the creation and revisions of analytical tools for projects or ongoing data analysis.
  • Research and review details of KPIs and metrics for the business to identify new opportunities or products.
  • Run lead on project-based work with the ability to review the work of other Financial Analysts.
  • Ongoing evaluation of task areas to identify areas for improvements, increased efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Mentor and train new and junior employees.
  • Compile and generate ad-hoc analytical reports.
  • Perform various other analytical tasks and special projects as assigned.
