OBJECTIVE:

We are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of our client. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer pricing and profitability, employing advanced analytical techniques.
- Initiate root cause analysis, identify data trends and outliers, and effectively communicate findings to senior management.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports on operational performance to support business partners.
- Present divisional and segment results with insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.
- Manage a schedule of recurring deliverables and assist in time-sensitive projects under the guidance of the Director of FP&A.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required; CPA/MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation and data manipulation from SAP.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Background in distribution and/or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, able to work independently and in team settings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines, maintaining high accuracy.Demonstrates integrity, confidence, and positivity, representing a professional image of the FP&A department.
