We are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of our client. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of customer pricing and profitability, employing advanced analytical techniques.
  • Initiate root cause analysis, identify data trends and outliers, and effectively communicate findings to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports on operational performance to support business partners.
  • Present divisional and segment results with insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage a schedule of recurring deliverables and assist in time-sensitive projects under the guidance of the Director of FP&A.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required; CPA/MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation and data manipulation from SAP.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Background in distribution and/or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, able to work independently and in team settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines, maintaining high accuracy.Demonstrates integrity, confidence, and positivity, representing a professional image of the FP&A department.
