We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Corporate
Development & Strategy team. This role will play a key part in shaping the company’s growth by supporting high-impact strategic initiatives, developing financial models, and conducting in-depth market and financial analyses.
IV. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise recommendations.
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation: $125k-$200k DOE
Responsibilities:
II. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze new business opportunities and other strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and assess key business initiatives.
- M&A: Research, identify, and evaluate opportunities for acquisitions and strategic partnerships that align with company goals and objectives.
- Business Case Development: Support the development and analysis of strategic business cases for new investments, product launches, and partnerships.
- Performance Tracking: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as capital markets, technology, and operations to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
- Presentations & Reporting: Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior executives and board members, summarizing findings and strategic recommendations.
- Industry Research: Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact business strategy.
