POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Completion or near completion of CPA designation.
- 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills with practical use in finance related position
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to effectively communicate with varying levels of the organization – including Executives, Operations, Sales & Internal Auditors.
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 CAD and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.

Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the month-end close process
- Research, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metrics
- Contract review, reporting & forecasting for major line of revenue
- Improve upon existing reports and implement new reporting as requested by management
- Participate in annual budget process
- Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
- Liaise between finance and operations concerning transaction processing in Business Management Systems.
- Involvement in merger & acquisition integration and accounting
- Various other assignments, as required
