EDUCATION
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related fields.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or IT at a large company
- Experience within a large multinational company is helpful.
- Hyperion Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) experience strongly preferred. Experience with other EPM tools considered a plus; Power user of Excel, proficient in MS Office Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Deep understanding of the budgeting/forecasting process and associated key performance indicators
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while working as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Organized, meticulous, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accuracy that delivers results in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal & written communication across all levels of the organization
- Customer-centric, focused on providing proactive systems solutions to drive business performance
- Experience with Python or other coding languages considered a plus
- Natural bias towards continuous improvement. Exposure to PPI/Kaizen methodologies is considered an advantage
