Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Finance Analyst – Manufacturing requires a strong data analyst with knowledge of and experience with data analysis and presentation software. This position will also need to interface well with personnel in different functional areas to provide insight and actionable information. The position is also responsible for the generation of standard manufacturing costs for products.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze data to provide insight linking operational activities with their financial impact
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to develop and prepare reports to help analyze efficiency, profitability, and cost in a way that provides actionable insights to management.
  • Present results to management
  • Automate the preparation and presentation of reports using analytical software
  • Prepare standard costs of production for manufacturing products.
  • Ensure reasonable and accurate allocation of costs
  • Improve and maintain financial inventory tracking and measurement
  • Support continuous improvement within the organization, backed by data
  • Maintain written procedures relevant to major activities
  • Any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned.
