Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst to join a fast-growing, but profit-generating client in Austin, TX. This position offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to build and enhance financial analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in acquisition integration, board decks creation, financial package development, and experience with financial tools like Tableau and large ERPs. A solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to manage financial consolidations across multiple entities is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on acquisition integration efforts, including financial analysis and reporting.
  • Build, improve, and maintain financial analysis processes and models to support business decisions.
  • Create and present board decks for executive-level meetings.
  • Develop comprehensive financial packages for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize Tableau to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Handle financial consolidations, ensuring proper integration of data across entities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve financial reporting and analysis processes.
  • Take on increasing responsibilities with significant growth opportunities in the company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  • Proven experience in building and improving financial analysis processes and models.
  • Strong hands-on experience in acquisition integration and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and a large ERP.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and consolidations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
