The Senior Financial Analyst position will be part of the Technology Finance Team, focusing on supporting the Wireless CAPEX portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Finance the successful candidate will leverage strong technical and communication skills to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of CAPEX reporting. The successful candidate will play a critical part in the Forecasting and variance analysis process through working closely with multiple stakeholders across the various cross functional teams. In addition, the successful candidate will play an integral role in various ad-hoc special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial operations of the business through the preparation and review of month-end journal entries, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Provide commentary on financial results and key business indicators and drive continuous improvement within the finance team.
  • Collaborate with key business partners and finance leadership teams, and communicate key trends, observations, and business impacts.
  • Develop and prepare dashboards & scorecard reporting for use by management and assist in the preparation of monthly reporting packages.
  • Prepare month-end variance analysis and commentaries versus budget and forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in Financial modelling, and decision-making in support of strategic initiatives.
