Senior/Financial Analyst (SOX Compliance)

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional Qualification (ACCA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with understanding of SOX compliance.
• Good accounting knowledge of tax including GAAP & IFRS requirements.
• Experience in SAP and HFM is preferred.
• Auditing experience with Big 4 is preferred.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and drive processes to ensure compliance to Sarbanes Oxley requirements, US GAAP, IFRS and Companies Act.
• Ensure robust processes and controls. Identify and implement process improvements for potential gaps and risks identified during audits or Sarbanes Oxley assessment.
• Ensure internal controls and governance framework are embedded into daily operations.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Business Partnering with end users on capital expenditure. Manage fixed asset accounting and reporting.
• Preparation of management reports for internal & external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing for the parent holding company.
• Provide value added financial analysis.
• Actively drive and participate in continuous improvements projects.
