Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing build and maintenance of Wellington-Altus Private Wealth’s internal firm and advisor level data analytics set (MS Excel), including implementing new data queries into the master reporting file and building out of new reporting views as directed by the SVP Wealth Strategy or at the request of the Executive Committee.
  • Preparing monthly reporting suite for Executive Committee, Regional Managers, Advisors teams, and other business line end-users, including monthly file rollover, team and advisor code mapping updates, source data updating, addition of newly joined teams across the entire file, creation and distribution of PDF files to all end users.
  • Conducting ad hoc data analyses and reporting in support of policy decision discussions, as well as Executive Committee, Regional Manager and Advisor data requests.
  • Building and maintaining financial modeling spreadsheets.
  • Assisting with ongoing administration of Advisor Compensation policies including monthly Commission Payout and Office Efficiency Policy tracking and chargebacks.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
