Description:
Sue Sumrell is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst with a very well funded company. The role involves monitoring and analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and forecasting trends to support business decisions. It is open due to growth and will have a hybrid schedule. All applicants must live in the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze operational performance and trends to support business strategy and planning.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
- Provide support for budget planning and management.
- Utilize your skills in financial modeling and budgeting to contribute to our team’s success.
- Continually monitor, evaluate and improve the robustness of performance measurement processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field is required
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling is essential
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting is required
- Must address experience with process improvement
- Must have the ability to present complex financial data in a concise, understandable manner
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required
- Must be able to articulate experience with a Tier One ERP and a planning tool for data visualization
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound financial decisions.
