Description:
MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Qualifications: A Chartered Accountant with CA (SA) accreditation.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in financial management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Strong understanding of local and international financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, cashflow management and analysis.
- Experience in producing robust management accounts.
- Leadership and experience in managing big financial teams.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL programming, MS Excel, accounting systems and BI Applications.

- Manage financial operations, including cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support long term growth.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Directors and Executives.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Oversee financial performance analysis and drive cost management initiatives.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigating strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Manage performance of the team and promote employee engagement
