MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Qualifications: A Chartered Accountant with CA (SA) accreditation.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in financial management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
• Strong understanding of local and international financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, cashflow management and analysis.
• Experience in producing robust management accounts.
• Leadership and experience in managing big financial teams.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL programming, MS Excel, accounting systems and BI Applications.

• Manage financial operations, including cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support long term growth.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Directors and Executives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Oversee financial performance analysis and drive cost management initiatives.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigating strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Manage performance of the team and promote employee engagement
