Company Overview: Our client is a leading manufacturing company that is looking to grow their FP&A group and they are planning on acquiring several companies in the next few years. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Planning and Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Senior Financial Planning and Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO the incumbent will be responsible for providing strategic insights, financial forecasts, and actionable recommendations to support key business decisions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience (4 years) in financial planning and analysis roles, with a track record of success in driving business performance.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
