What’s more, is the organization is developing and growing and we are looking for an Senior FP&A Specialist (Financial Planning, and Analysis) to aid that growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong emphasis on business partnering.
• Proven track record in leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes within a complex organization.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Based within a 30km radius from Zaandam, with living and working rights in the Netherland

As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis specialist at CPM Europe you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business partnering initiatives. Reporting directly to the Financial Manager EMEA, you will leverage your extensive experience in financial planning and analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making across the organization. Your tasks will be:

• Lead the development and execution of annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand business objectives, assess financial performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial models, variance analysis, and scenario planning to support key business decisions.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial reporting and streamline processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide insightful commentary on financial results, highlighting key drivers and potential impacts on future performance.
