QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- 3-year experience in a leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel preferred
- Strong and effective communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Adaptability to adjust plans and strategies as needed to meet evolving demands.
- Excellent time management to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Resilience to bounce back and maintain a positive focus.
- Capable of quick and decisive decision making under pressure
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and technology.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of excellence and professionalism.
- Ability to work as needed with business levels, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
