QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • 3-year experience in a leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel preferred
  • Strong and effective communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Adaptability to adjust plans and strategies as needed to meet evolving demands.
  • Excellent time management to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  • Resilience to bounce back and maintain a positive focus.
  • Capable of quick and decisive decision making under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and technology.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of excellence and professionalism.
  • Ability to work as needed with business levels, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
