Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collects, organizes and analyses data across a variety of functional and business areas, contributing to the creation of key business intelligence reports, statistical data, sales forecast.
- Leads horizontal forecasting working groups focused on standardizing demand processes and drives continuous improvements in them.
- Drives & supports key S&OP projects, aligning and updating cross-functional partners and stakeholders, monitoring delivery, and tracking success & timelines
- Coordinates data and performance metrics from various functions, ensuring correct data and inputs have been used and modelled appropriately.
- Integrates a variety of data sources and inputs and creates consolidated reports, dashboards and models for functional and business stakeholders, ensuring outputs and insights align to business objectives.
- Applies conceptual knowledge of and analytical reporting skills to prepare and present reports, charts, and tables detailing key market factors for senior leadership, ensuring alignment across demand, supply and financial planning.
- Works as a mentor towards junior members of the team, providing guidance and knowledge in forecasting and S&OP processes.

- Prior experience in forecasting/demand planning is essential
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to work in large and complex and diverse organization
- Strong capacity of adaptation and curiosity
- Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities:
The Senior Forecasting Analyst is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team in Warsaw. The Forecasting Analyst will work with a high level of independence to build Supply Chain forecasting within their region. With the use of their creativity and newest technology and tools we are using, they will play an important role in building of new processes in our GSC.
