If you are ready to stop updating reports and start making an impact in an exciting business, then we want to meet you!
You will have strong financial acumen and a desire to use your skills to help us set goals & work backward from those goals to create financial and strategic plans, and identify and action opportunities that allow us to get better and stronger every day. You will have opportunities to use data and analytics to accelerate business results and build new processes and tools that allow the business to scale and become more efficient. As our FP&A Analyst, it is paramount that the successful candidate always pushes to deliver recommendations and action steps for the business to take in order for analytics to become impactful.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Partner with department heads to establish operating targets, manage regular forecasts, and build annual budgets.
  • Analyze business results versus plan and forecast on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis; and identify opportunities to accelerate growth and improve profitability
  • Develop and improve dynamic financial and metrics dashboards.
  • Prepare financial statements, metrics reports, analysis, and insights for regular Board meetings.
  • Take a lead role in consolidating financial operations across recently acquired companies.
  • Analyze SaaS metrics and develop key insights into performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Build business models and analyze data to guide tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management and Accounting teams to provide gross bookings, churn & contraction, and revenue forecasts.
  • Lead ad hoc analyses

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of FP&A experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • Strong Excel and Google suite skills
  • SaaS business model experience
  • Self-starter with strong analytics, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves to build models and dig into data
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Zuora, Salesforce, Looker or similar software
