Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Intrado is looking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team.
As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will report to our Director of FP&A. The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis functions within the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to develop financial plans, monitor performance against targets, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will be expected to quickly distill complex information into concise, actionable insights. Senior leaders in the company will look to you to support decision making, provide insightful analysis, and assist with capital allocation and long-range planning activities.
This position will support the Director of FP&A in driving BU (Business Unit) P&L ownership. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product & Technology teams, as well as senior leaders within the company with the goal of “telling the story” of performance.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
- 5+ years proven experience in financial planning and analysis roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong familiarity with GAAP (particularly ASC 606) and the associated revenue recognition implications, preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing accounting (standard costs, price/material variances, etc.), preferred
