We are currently looking for a colleague for the following position: Senior FP&A Analyst MFG

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• English proficiency – written and verbal communication - is required
• Accounting and Controlling experience required 7-10 years
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley Act would be preferable
• A high level of computer literacy is required, especially in the use of integrated financial databases and costing systems
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP preferred
• Problem solving – disciplined approach to identifying problems and providing solutions
• Provide financial support to the Hungary Manufacturing Business Senior management team.
• Responsible for the Hungary manufacturing finance function, helping to deliver against the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead, prepare, analyse and report, on a monthly basis or as required, all manufacturing data including production volumes, production line data, operational efficiency, headcount, and overhead costs.
• Support any manufacturing operations related technical projects, process improvement or any other projects with financial analysis and forecasting.
• Focus on continuous improvement with the aim of creating a more efficient forecasting process and improved month end reporting and closing.
• Drive business improvement through effective monitoring and insight on business performance and the cost to manufacturing.
• Provide accurate and timely Financial/Management accounts to support the effective monitoring of the Manufacturing business. Including presenting performance KPIs to senior management.
• Prepare, analyse and report, on a monthly basis or as required, all manufacturing data including: packaged volumes, manufacturing line data, operational efficiency, headcount, and overhead costs.
• Drive business improvement through effective monitoring and insight on business performance and the cost to manufacturing.
• Collect financial data from internal departments and external sources.
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Provide on-site financial control to all aspects of the manufacturing business, providing day to day support and advice to staff and management team members on existing and future manufacturing internal control practices.
• Monitor and report the expenditure and headcount of a group of indirect cost centers.
• Support producing annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the Manufacturing business in the agreed timescale.
• Liaise with the companies’ internal and external auditors as required.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal posting.
