ABOUT US

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany’s most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
We have a diverse team of 190 people and 37 nationalities, still growing but at a sustainable rate. Our aim is to work in a collaborative, supportive and inclusive work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary colleagues.
We highly value equality of opportunity and inclusivity, and we would like to particularly encourage women and candidates from under-represented backgrounds to apply, even if you don’t match with 100% of the requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our 10-member Finance team, reporting directly to the FP&A lead. You will work closely with various teams, providing financial insights and support to facilitate informed decision-making. This position is essential to our strategic planning and financial decision-making processes, ensuring the financial well-being of Sunday Natural and supporting the growth of our business.

  • You will handle financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly management accounts and delivering reports to various stakeholders
  • You will present findings and recommendations to management, analyze financial data to uncover improvement opportunities, and develop a comprehensive global P&L
  • You will create budgets and forecasts, working closely with various departments to collect and consolidate financial information, and monitor/report financial performance against these budgets and forecasts
  • You will contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies, perform financial modeling, and provide insights and recommendations to our CFO and executive team
  • You will extract financial data from multiple databases, ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis, and develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPI reports
  • You will monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock, conducting regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and integrity
  • You will oversee the calculation and analysis of COGS for all product lines, and analyze and report on variances between standard and actual cost
