Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the financial and fiscal management of Ascom’s DACH companies. Your role will include:
- Leading financial reporting, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts
- Monitoring cash flows and ensuring compliance with Swiss GAAP FER and HGB accounting standards
- Providing key insights to management through monthly financial reports, forecasts, and analysis
- Coordinating the preparation of statutory financial statements and managing relationships with auditors and tax authorities
- Overseeing financial IT systems and personnel administration, ensuring precise controls and effective processes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis for internal use
- Collaborate with the regional Managing Director to create annual budgets and mid-term plans
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and manage risks
- Oversee cash flow analysis, sales commissions, and cost controls
- Provide financial support to strategic initiatives and planning
