WHO YOU ARE / YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Senior FP&A Manager to join our business!
You will be responsible for leading and driving P&L and KPI reporting, detailed analytics across the Group, driving strategic change and insight creation for the business. You will be responsible for preparing and reporting financial information and KPIs to Board and Senior Management as well as liaising with stakeholders and partnering with the business. The role will also involve assisting with strategic projects where required and have supervisory management of two FPA Analysts.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous experience of FP&A in a large international organisation, ideally in Financial Services.
  • Experience of producing detailed financial models and financial reporting.
  • Proven people management experience and lateral collaboration with other senior leaders in a firm

Skills:

  • Proficient use of excel and comfortable in building detailed/ sophisticated financial models.
  • Ability to produce slick, concise presentations for Executive and external stakeholder review.
  • SQL/Tableau skills.
  • Knowledge of Vena system (an advantage but not essential

Education:

  • Fully-qualified accountant (ideally CIMA or ACA

  • Portuguese an advantage but not essential

This position is full-time, permanent. The role is expected to be office-based in London as part of the Group FP&A Team team. However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
