Job Description
The Finance Director, under the guidance of the Head of Finance, is responsible for maintaining a high standard of financial discipline, business decision support, and accountability within the geography. The role will require understanding of all financial aspects of the business from Financial Planning, Commercial Finance to Controllership, and Revenue Audit. The role is also expected to constantly enhance and refine processes and procedures, as well as challenge business owners to continuously drive efficiency, cost savings and best value for money investments:

In particular the role will include:

  • Partner with Account Executives, Business Development teams and Country Managers to provide strong financial insights of client and market performance e.g. Payments Volume growth rates of clients, market share analysis
  • Partner with business teams to commercially challenge investment asks, including Client Incentive Agreements (CIAs) and ensure well defined business cases and success measures
  • Manage Deal performance tracking to provide forecast projections of incentives/contra revenues
  • Deliver short-term to multi-year plans and commitments, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), financial budgets and forecasts for expenses, headcount, P&L.
  • Deliver financial management analytics and communicate business implications and insights from analysis

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
The Director, FBP will support the Cluster CFO and various Head of functions in the cluster.
Second in command from a finance perspective in the cluster, the Director, FBP, will help support the strategic aspects of finance and lead streams to provide best value to the business.
