Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Senior Freight Planning Executive to join their Airfreight Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• Min 2 years airfreight operations experienc

• Oversee smooth and compliant export operations, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Coordinate and manage the entire export shipment process, including space planning and booking with carriers.
• Develop, implement, and review export freight processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Proactively prevent service failures and manage recovery efforts resourcefully.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipment coordination with various departments to meet customer requirements.
• Serve as the main contact between carriers and the company, handling complaints and monitoring contract space fulfillment.
• Analyze operations to recommend and implement corrective actions, enhancing service quality.
• Monitor and review quality costs, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Follow up on shipment inquiries and tracing issues with airlines, maintaining clear communication.
• Delegate tasks effectively and assist the Freight Planning Assistant Manager as needed.
