As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will lead the development of user-friendly, scalable, and responsive frontend interfaces for our VAS Cloud platform. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Technical Leadership: Drive architectural decisions, set technical direction, and establish frontend best practices across teams.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between multiple engineering teams, product, and design. Influence and coordinate large-scale projects.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, especially around frontend technologies and design systems.
- Problem Solving at Scale: Lead the resolution of complex technical issues that affect multiple teams or large areas of the frontend.
- Code Reviews & Quality: Ensure high code quality and enforce standards by leading code reviews, driving consistency in frameworks, and improving developer experience.
- Initiating and Leading Projects: Proactively initiate, plan, and lead large-scale frontend initiatives, including technical debt reduction and performance improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and other departments to align technical solutions with business needs.
