If you’re up for the challenge, our team is growing, and we are on the lookout for a Senior Front-End Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and eager to take part in our exciting journey. As a Senior Front-End Developer at Connect&GO, you will work in an agile team with passionate teammates, developing engaging user interfaces for our access control, payment experiential, and venue operations management solutions. Your role will be highly cross-functional, allowing you to broaden your horizons and contribute to various areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with lead developers and internal experts to develop innovative solutions, features, and projects.
- Lead the development of user-friendly web and mobile applications, based on quality mock-ups and prototypes.
- Participate in all phases of the development cycle, with a strong focus on API integration, responsive design, and visual asset integration.
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency across all projects.
- Optimize page load times to achieve maximum speed and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Lead efforts to modernize or rewrite existing applications to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Work in a fast-paced, agile/scrum environment that encourages initiative and innovative ideas.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as a Senior Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Vue.js (v3) is required; experience in transitioning from Vue.js v2 to v3 is a significant asset.
- Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
- Proficient in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including Typescript.
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Experience with Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, and your favorite IDE.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
