Who will you be working with? This role reports to the Software Engineering Manager
Where is the position located? This is a full-time role based in Eagle Farm (Qld) or Fountaindale (NSW)
As a Front-End Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement user interface components for our cloud-based products and services, with a focus on React framework. Your expertise will be crucial to problem-solving, developing and executing objectives, and driving the achievement of both short-term and long-term goals of the organization.

What will your typical day look like?

• Collaborate with the development and UX team to create optimal front-end solutions for our products.
• Review application requirements and interface designs.
• Design, implement, and test user interface components using React.
• Write application interface codes using TypeScript following React workflows.
• Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitor and improve front-end performance.
• Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Work closely with the Team Lead and Test Team to ensure development meets the required specifications.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with tools such as GIT.
• Strong expertise in the following areas:
• Proficiency in React and experience with TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and other front-end languages.
• Experience with React tools including Webpack, Enzyme, and Redux Toolkit (RTK).
• Understanding of how to integrate with backend web APIs.
• Experience in user interface design.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jest, and/or Cypress.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
