YOU NEED THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• You are passionate about mobile development and have a track record of delivering products that work across a number of devices, platforms, and various operating systems, and screen formats.
• You have significant experience designing, owning and managing the implementation of large pieces of functionality and user experiences for front end applications
• You have significant experience with a platform agnostic framework such as React Native (preferable) or Flutter.
• You have professionally worked on applications that have been published to an app store for public use
• You have evaluated, assessed, and proposed improvements to existing solutions that have measurable ROI in the form of productivity, performance, cost and reusability/scalability
• You have leveraged instrumentation to accurately capture the health, performance, and engagement of front-end applications

You’ll lead the charge in designing and implementing robust front-end solutions across web and native platforms. Collaborating closely with UX and Product teams, you’ll leverage telemetry and user insights to optimize customer journeys and elevate user sentiment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Architecting and implementing scalable front-end solutions using React Native, ensuring high performance across various devices and platforms.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in user interface design and functionality.
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to continuously enhance user experiences, deploying A/B tests and leveraging feature flags for iterative improvements.
• Contributing to system architecture discussions and influencing best practices for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
