JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and two years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Sr. Frontend Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires 24 months of experience in each of the following:
- Designing frontend component-based architecture, accessibility and performance standards, and GDPR compliance;
- Engineering JavaScript-based solutions using at least 3 of the following technologies: ReactJS, NodeJS, AngularJS, CSS, HTML, or Vue.js;
- Performing code reviews, setting and applying standards, and educating others;
- Integrating backend services, setting performance expectations, and working with back-end developers to design APIs; and
- Writing performant, readable, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities:
- Build clean, lean and performant research experiences that meet client demands and provide real value;
- Collaborate with other front-end and full-stack developers, reinforcing front-end best practices and providing input;
- Review others’ code to ensure quality and provide feedback;
- Stay on top of changes in the industry and new technologies to continually improve the front end;
- Act as a representative for front-end concerns and collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize the front-end developer experience.
- Deliver innovative digital product experiences by ensuring proper implementation of customer, product, and market needs that are reflected on a customer-ready digital product.
