As our Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll help shape our platform’s frontend future. Working with our talented frontend team (4 people and growing!), you’ll spend less time buried in component details and more time seeing the bigger picture. You’ll bring fresh ideas to the table, whether they come from user feedback or market trends, and help us make smart decisions that stick. While you’ll ‘officially’ join one of our 4 feature teams, we hope you’ll also ‘teleport’ between them, adding value wherever your qualities are needed most.

You will also:

• help shape our vision on frontend development with senior stakeholders
• translate that vision into actionable roadmaps and tactics and drive execution
• help recruit and develop (y)our frontenders, ensuring they operate as a unit
• make architectural decisions by helping your teams ask the right questions
• keep developing your skills by tackling ‘difficult’ tech challenges
• work closely to other teams and keep close tabs on market trends, incorporating as many perspectives as possible.
