In our quest to enhance our technological offerings, we’re seeking a versatile Senior Frontend Engineer. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of contributing to our front-end development efforts and adapting to project needs as they evolve.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years experience of front-end engineering experience.
• Experience with web3 and blockchains, preferably Cosmos SDK and Bitcoin.
• Expertise in developing web apps and shipping user-facing features with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern, component-based JS frameworks like React.
• Experience working in open source software.
• Experience with styling using CSS frameworks.
• Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple simultaneous feature requests.
• Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma and Sketch.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration across global teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Practical experience with Bitcoin and Cosmos SDK.
• Prior experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Working knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

• Collaborate and collect requirements across teams to develop high-performance front-end systems that bring the power of the Babylon blockchain to our users.
• Build intuitive, mobile-friendly, and user-centric front-end components and apps, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Work closely with designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, demonstrating flexibility and a keen ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
