  • Agile & Collaborative Mindset: Experience working in Agile teams, with a preference for pair programming, mob programming, and continuous delivery environments.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to navigate complex challenges while keeping the focus on building what matters most.

Step into backend tasks when needed, supporting API development and contributing to a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Architectural and Technical Excellence: Contribute to architectural decisions for both frontend and backend systems by emphasizing practical solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, prioritizing quality over quick fixes. Avoid premature optimization and overengineering, ensuring that technical excellence effectively supports the product’s success and drives meaningful business outcomes.
