REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in a fullstack development role.
• Proficiency in Angular, React, and Bootstrap for front-end development.
• Strong Java and Kotlin programming skills for back-end development.
• Database expertise including SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Matomo for data analysis and visualization.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Mastery of Git, GitHub Actions, Sonar, and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex IT environments.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with OpenTelemetry for observability.
  Languages: English, French.
  The ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our DevOps team in Montreal. You’ll be instrumental in driving the evolution of our Workflow product. This role demands a blend of front-end prowess and back-end expertise to deliver exceptional user experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fullstack Development: Design and implement innovative product features across both front-end (Angular, React) and back-end (Java, Kotlin) components.
• Code Quality: Uphold the highest coding standards, ensuring code is clean, maintainable, and efficient.
• DevOps Engineering: Build and deploy the application using a robust software factory approach.
• Technical Leadership: Propose and execute proof-of-concept solutions to address complex challenges.
• Customer Focus: Provide technical support, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful product adoption.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product, component, and process documentation.
