Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The candidate will work within our Venture Studio alongside Machine Learning and Software developers, product managers, and domain experts. Our Venture Studio process includes building early prototypes to test our venture ideas. If these prototypes demonstrate significant promise then we assemble a dedicated team to evolve the prototype into a high-calibre, market-ready product.
Initially, this role will focus on hands-on development work to create these early prototypes. As the prototypes show potential, you will have the option to lead a dedicated team to develop a more substantial product that will be used to achieve the ideal product-market fit.
All development work is done in an agile environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Rapid Prototyping: Build functional prototypes to test ideas and hypotheses quickly, ensuring fast iteration and feedback cycles.
End-to-End Development: Contribute to both frontend and backend development, translating product requirements into scalable software solutions.
Participate in brainstorming, design reviews, code reviews and architecture evolution discussions
Contribute to the analysis of business requirements, prepare design and implementation recommendations, and estimate development effort
Review and comment on the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Work collaboratively and professionally in cross functional teams to achieve our goals
Contribute to continuous practice improvement
