ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our Griddle (Timetabling) team as a Senior Software Engineer. Reporting to the Griddle Engineering Manager, this role will be working on our new timetabling product, Griddle, where you’ll focus on features including: Course Selection, Class List Management, Timetable Generation and much more.
You’ll build and deploy new functionalities, support existing features, improve site scalability, infrastructure and testing, all while working in a highly collaborative and agile environment.

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable software that’s used by thousands of students, parents and teachers throughout the world.
• Inspire quality and best practices by championing software craftsmanship, clean code and pair programming.

• Mentor your fellow colleagues and drive the architectural strategy by employing industry best practices and following Griddle software engineering guidelines.
