Description:

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (for Internal Tools) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a leader in analytic advisory services and technology solutions for financial institutions, working with 80 percent of the largest global banks, payment networks, and wealth managers. The company offers solutions enabling financial institutions to make data-driven decisions quickly and profitably, focusing on deposits, lending, and digital experience solutions. They built a self-service customer journey analytics solution on Cloudera’s modern data platform. The platform integrates customer accounts and transaction data from more than 30 institutions with third-party data. It applies machine learning models to operationalize customer scores, such as customer potential value (CPV), for various use cases, including offer optimization, customer retention targeting, and cross-sell and upsell activities. Through access to comprehensive datasets and analytics, intelligent technologies, and connected behavioral insights, it is the partner of choice to help attract, retain, and grow more profitable customer relationships. The headquarters is located in New York. Work Hours: 8h/day, mostly overlapping with EST/CST hours.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Angular, AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, and SQL Server.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and other .NET development tools and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development principles and experience with Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks.
  • Understanding designing and implementing microservices architecture using AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, Docker, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development tools and libraries.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL querying, and database optimization techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the Microsoft .NET framework, Angular, AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement features that meet business needs.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core, Web API, and AWS Lambda functions to support front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Design and implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular and other front-end technologies.
  • Architect and deploy microservices-based applications on Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
  • Use SQL Server to develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for performance and scalability.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and data encryption mechanisms to ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines, monitor application performance, and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development, cloud computing, and container orchestration.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance and support to team members.
