Senior Full Stack Engineer - R&D

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. This person will be involved in product development from an early stage of prototyping a throughout the different phases all the way to delivery. This role is required to see out a project from conception, prototyping to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be part of Research & Development team creating an innovative cutting edge solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid track record of programming and software development both on the front-end (React or Angular) as well as back-end (Python),
• Experience with prototyping new concepts, exposure to R&D of a new product development,Good understanding of Microservices.

• Write efficient and maintainable code using the Team established frameworks such as C#, Python or Angular,
• Be one of the leading developers in research & development drive of brand new innovative solutions,
• Leading by example and coaching more junior members of the team,
• Research and learn new product disciplines
• Able to break down a big task into manageable piece to effectively show progress and deliver it on time.
• Understand different Database design and use cases to make sure it can support the application in the long run even with growing number of data.
• Maintain stability of your project and overall system health post-release
• Help maintain the overall quality of the application by writing unit testOrganise code reviews with peer and develop best coding practices
