As the second member of Seven Starling’s Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our tech stack and advancing our mission. You’ll work closely with our Founding Engineer and Co-Founder & COO to develop, improve, and maintain our core product. Your work will be critical to delivering a world class patient experience and developing systems that allow our operations to scale efficiently.
We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about our mission and excited to take on a variety of highly impactful projects across our tech stack. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full stack applications that allow our operations to scale, our patient experience to grow, and our clinicians to maximize their impact
  • Collaborate with the Founding Engineer to architect system improvements and new features
  • Partner with teams across the organization, particularly Product and Operations, to develop technology that meets the needs of multiple organization stakeholders
  • Design HIPAA-compliant solutions that appropriately manage PHI, data logging, and security monitoring
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
