Tasks

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be part of our Platforms team, playing a crucial role in realizing our product vision: “Emitting less, gaining more: Transform residential buildings into auto-optimizing, CO2-neutral assets.” You will be central to the development of our software and responsible for implementing feature requests.

• Write software as a key contributor – this is your main goal.
• Take ownership of new software features and drive their development as part of our quarterly milestones:
• Design features end-to-end, covering the database model, backend, and frontend code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and our Product Manager (PM) to understand underlying problems and requirements.
• Implement the solutions independently.
• Contribute to team planning by helping define tasks, priorities, and timelines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Fullstack profile with an interest in (or willingness to learn) software infrastructure and operations.
• Experience with React.
• Knowledge of writing RESTful backend services.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Ability to write high-quality, production-ready code.
• Able to take responsibility and independently develop software projects in direct collaboration with other engineers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Structured thinker with the ability to solve problems methodically.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts using frameworks like Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
