Senior Fullstack Engineer (Growth Team)

At Qdrant, we help businesses take advantage of modern AI technologies. We are developing neural search solutions that allow everyone to use state-of-the-art neural network encoders at the production scale. Among the technical challenges, we are facing is the implementation of our cloud infrastructure to serve our engine as a scalable cloud API solution. We are looking for a Growth Engineer to make our solutions even more attractive for the developers.
Tasks
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on our Growth team, you will be primarily responsible for developing and optimising user-facing features that directly contribute to growth. While this role includes fullstack responsibilities, our focus is on your frontend expertise, particularly in UX/UI design and working with Figma. Experience with backend development in Python and data analysis, including SQL, is nice to have but not essential. We are looking for someone who understands growth metrics, A/B testing, and prioritises a user-centric approach to development.

DATA ANALYSIS & SQL:

• Basic comfort and familiarity with data analysis and SQL is beneficial. While we are not seeking extensive expertise in this area, a willingness and interest to learn and grow in data analysis is essential.
• Ability to leverage data insights to inform frontend development decisions.
• Familiarity with growth analytics tools and methodologies.
