ABOUT THE JOB

Join us on our exciting growth journey! We are looking for new team members for our offices in Stockholm or Oslo.
As a Senior Fund Administrator at Permian, you will play a key role in fund administration, advisory, and account management with a variety of tasks. You will work alongside team members, managing multiple clients. You will also participate in several change and improvement projects, such as handling large data sets, improving data management processes, and developing new reporting ways for investors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, or mathematics and 4+ years of work experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or the fund industry. We see that you have experience working with data management and experience from working in private equity firms is advantageous.
You have an interest in the Private Equity industry, are service-oriented, and have strong skills in Excel and the Office suite. Proficiency in tools such as R, PowerShell, and Power BI is a plus. You are highly structured, meticulous, and driven, unfazed by deadlines, and would enjoy close contact with our clients in the financial industry. Fluency in both Swedish/Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is required. Experience as a consultant and/or in project work is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Fund Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with managers of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and be involved in:

  • Migrating funds and companies to new operating systems
  • Managing large datasets for compilation and reporting
  • Developing reporting to investors
  • Improving data management and reporting
  • Setting up and enhancing system integrations
  • Handling tools for data migration and compilation (including PowerShell and R)
  • Calculating and analyzing key metrics for funds
  • Preparing quarterly reports for investors and managers
  • Monitoring cash flow to investors and portfolio companies
  • Reporting to various authorities, such as the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Tax Agency
  • Preparing and reviewing quarterly reports, calculating key metrics, and creating cash flow and management reports
  • Collaborating with external advisors such as lawyers, tax advisors, and auditors
  • Administration related to fund raising
  • Communicating with investors
