Joining the Operations & Oversight team means working out of our office in either Luxembourg or Denmark as part of a team of 12 professionals. We are a cross-border team managing Danske Invest funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Guernsey, and Denmark. We operate both UCITS and AIFs from our offices in Denmark and Luxembourg.

In this role , Your main tasks will be to:

  • Ensuring that decisions made by fund Boards are properly implemented and documented, especially within official documents such as prospectuses.
  • Managing the annual and semi-annual reporting process for our funds.
  • Overseeing the operational implementation of projects, including the launch of new funds, mergers, and liquidations.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and proper dissemination of fund data.
  • Enhancing and conducting oversight controls for both Luxembourg and Danish funds.
  • Updating and maintaining company policies, procedures, and work guides to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Actively contributing to cross-border collaboration between our Luxembourg and Danish offices.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who can bring good structuring abilities and a high attention to details furthermore thrive working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
We imagine that you can bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience within a Management Company, Central Administrator, a regulator or consultancy firm with diversified tasks in the field of fund administration. Experience that has given you solid knowledge of oversight regulatory requirements, fund regulations and an attention to details.
Furthermore, we expect that you possess good abilities working in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and lastly it is needed, that you have excellent oral and written skills in English, as we are an international organisation.
