Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • 3+ years of experience in a Game Designer role in mobile games (preferably in casual genres, female audience age 30+);
  • Ability to create engaging core gameplay;
  • Ability to manage gameplay dynamics and understand the impact of visuals on the game;
  • Ability to devise and create core-loop gameplay;
  • Implemented turnkey features from concept to operation;
  • Ability to work with product analytics;
  • Experience managing a product development team;
  • Strong understanding of analytics in mobile games;
  • Experience in mobile games market research;
  • Prototyping / Development / LiveOps;
  • Confidence in Unity;
  • Understanding of mobile games UX.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Game Designer who is interested in creating puzzles, who is ambitious and ready to work hard and passionately to ensure that the products made by his team are actively played by tens of millions of people. We are looking for a specialist confident in his skills with experience of successful launch and development of games.
Our projects have been on the highest lines in the ratings of puzzle games in the App Store and Google Play for several years. Your responsibility will be to continue to develop existing titles and launch new projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Thinking through concepts for new games (with input from producers);
  • Working with the current portfolio of puzzle games;
  • Clearly articulating their thoughts in the form of game designer documentation;
  • Working on game balance;
  • Running A/B tests to test hypotheses;
  • Analyzing the results of updates/experiments;
  • Interacting with design, development and marketing teams.
