Description:
Under the guidance of the Associate Lead - Gameplay Programming, you will play an integral role in the development of our ambitious project. You will actively contribute to the design, refinement, and implementation of key gameplay features, driving the project from concept to launch.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a gameplay programmer in a game development studio, with at least one successfully shipped title;
- Strong proficiency in C++;
- Solid foundation in mathematics;
- Broad experience across various programming areas in video game development (gameplay, AI, engine, etc.) is a plus;
- Fluent in either French or English; bilingualism is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the game design team and other departments to program engaging gameplay features;
- Oversee the full lifecycle of your code, from conception to execution, while adhering to established programming standards and best practices;
- Assist content creators by ensuring tools and systems are stable, efficient, and optimized to seamlessly integrate their work into the game;
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your programming skills to contribute to ongoing innovation across each new project.
