Description:

Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as a Senior Gaming Insights Analyst!
As a Senior Gaming Insights Analyst, you will be the analytical partner to our commercial gaming teams and will deliver high-quality insights and performance analysis covering areas including, but not limited to, game selection, customer experience and product optimization, to help those teams drive commercial performance. You will show how new games perform and set a benchmark of what good looks like across our different regions and 20+ brands.

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • SQL and/or Snowflake knowledge
  • Experience with Power BI or another similar visualization tool a plus
  • Competence with a programming language is a plus, especially Python and R
  • Google Analytics knowledge, or a similar web analytics tool, of benefit but not a must

Responsibilities:

  • Define, track, and visually share Gaming KPIs to showcase how the products are performing against our long-term objectives
  • Proactively seek out and address any existing data/information gaps and provide actionable insights and recommendations that add commercial value
  • Monitor key performance metrics in accordance to set targets, primarily revenues, acquisitions and player activity, forecast and flag underperforming metrics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Gaming team to create and communicate reports, dashboards and insights on our customer experience and gaming performance:
  • Drive incremental revenue through optimal product selection and deployment by market
  • Optimise space above the fold and minimising game cannibalisation
  • Analyse how our customers consume our games online, understand user journeys and customer behaviours
  • Analyse impact of new product launches with the aim of concluding if objectives and goals are achieve
