• Master’s or PhD qualified candidates within Civil/Geotechnical with a minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the field of offshore/nearshore geotechnics / soil mechanics covering field experience (soil investigations, laboratory work, foundations installation) and/or geotechnical engineering design (use of industry best practices, standards and technical requirements).
• Experience with relevant geotechnical software, Opile, PLAXIS, GRLWEAP and similar beneficial.
• Candidate to be structured, systematic and result oriented, independent and eager to take initiative, and able to lead and drive performance within teams.
• Business mindset (focus on quality, HSE, security, timely deliveries, stakeholder management, etc.).
• Strong cooperation skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across BA’s and disciplines.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
