This role will support the EMEA region and will be primarily focused on compliance, benefits legislation, and ensuring that our offerings are legally compliant across both Eastern and Western Europe.
The Senior Global Benefits Analyst will be a key player in managing the benefits programs across the EMEA region, with a strong emphasis on compliance, local legislation, and ensuring that benefits are aligned with regional legal requirements. This role will support the execution of benefits strategies, with particular attention to navigating complex regulatory environments and supporting annual renewals in the region. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Global Benefits and other regional teams (APAC and Americas), collaborating with Compensation, HR Operations, and legal partners to ensure smooth and compliant benefits administration.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all benefits programs across EMEA comply with local regulations and labor laws. Stay up to date on changes to benefits-related legislation in both Eastern and Western Europe and advise stakeholders on necessary adjustments to programs.
- Support the EMEA benefits renewal process by working with local vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure the renewal process is carried out within the framework of legal compliance and budget guidelines.
- Work with colleagues supporting the APAC and Americas regions to ensure global benefits programs are consistent and compliant, while also being mindful of regional differences in legislation and employee needs.
- Manage relationships with external benefits vendors and insurance providers, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and service expectations. Oversee contract compliance, performance, and service delivery. Partner with Accounts Payable to provide timely and accurate payments to these vendors.
- Develop clear and compliant communication materials for EMEA employees. Help ensure employees understand their benefits and how these programs align with local legislative requirements.
- Provide regular reports on benefits utilization, compliance status, and regulatory changes across EMEA. Use data insights to recommend adjustments to benefits programs that align with both employee needs and compliance requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for benefits-related inquiries from employees across EMEA, particularly regarding compliance, legislative issues, and program eligibility.
