We are looking for a Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Manager to join our global People & Places Team located in either Tacoma, WA or Santa Clara, CA reporting to the Sr. Director Global HRIS. In this role, you will drive Infoblox’s global mobility program, ensuring seamless movement of employees across international borders. You will be responsible for managing international assignments and relocations, ensuring compliance with global mobility policies, and providing expert guidance on immigration and internal transfer matters.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures
- Manage end-to-end processes for international assignments, including visa applications, tax related compliance, and relocation logistics
- Collaborate with our HRBP team, Legal team, business, and external immigration partners to address complex global mobility issues
- Act as the primary point of contact for all global mobility and immigration inquiries for employees, and providing a “white glove service”
- Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate relocation services, including housing, schooling, and transportation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to global mobility
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on global mobility best practices
- Monitor and analyze trends in global mobility to ensure the organization remains competitive
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to global mobility and immigration activities
- Manage budget planning and spend, tracking in real-time and forecasting annual immigration expenditures based on current volume and hiring trends
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in global mobility and immigration
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and global mobility practices across multiple regions and countries
- Proven experience with global immigration processes, including EMEA and APAC knowledge and experience in international mobility practices
- Excellent project management skills
- A “roll-up your sleeves” attitude to get the tactical tasks done
- Adaptability and cultural sensitivity, essential for success in a global role
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Ability to operate in a positive, helpful, and proactive manner
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
