We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team as people leader of a group of talented Project Managers and Communication Partners . The ideal candidate will be a proven leader , capable of driving teams to success while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. With a strong background in marketing economics , this individual will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, making strategic decisions, and ensuring project excellence from inception to completion

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• A “equivalent experience” in Marketing Economics, or Business Administration or a related field.
• Equivalent working experience will also be considered.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 years of validated leadership experience, showcasing a strong background in guiding and leading teams effectively.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS:

• Extensive experience in structuring, implementing, and leading a portfolio of sophisticated projects within a matrix organization.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• A relentless aim to advance both the work and the development of team members.
• A foundational understanding of communication development.
• Availability to work from the Billund office.

• Leading 7-10 full time project managers and communication partners working on various global campaign projects, including sparring on development, functional sparring and helping to drive the overall operational agenda in OLA business partnering
• Leading our group of freelance project managers and communication partners in Our LEGO Agency and also leading hires, extensions, budget management
• Encourage and lead global project managers in Our LEGO Agency, setting ambitious goals and ensuring a professional project manager organization that aligns with Business Partnering.
• Co-drive the overall resourcing of project managers and communication partners for future projects aligned with the strategic resourcing process as well Ongoingly securing we are staffed for new work coming in outside the standard process
• Drive the functional project manager meetings and empower and spar with the project manager specialist leaders across all global project managers in Our LEGO Agency
• On top, work on key strategic projects and implement these across Our LEGO Agency and the wider LEGO organization
